We misunderstand ministry though if we think only full-time ministers do it. Pastors carry out gospel ministry on behalf of others. But God calls every believer to serve others with Christ-like love and charity. What makes our work meaningful—even worshipful—is that God approves of it in Christ. He uses us to pour out grace to all.
